Service scope
Creating an account gives you a company workspace. WhatsApp connections, provider credentials, team access and spending settings need assisted setup. Not all planned features are available. Production campaigns, live calling, online payments and password-reset email are unavailable; complete self-service onboarding and Coexistence synchronization remain in development.
Your account and content
Use individual staff accounts, secure your credentials and enable administrator two-step login. Only connect assets you are authorized to manage. Your business is responsible for the information it uploads, its recipient permissions, the accuracy of its communications and compliance with applicable channel rules.
Do not use the service for spam, unauthorized access, deceptive communications or unlawful processing. Review AI output and test configured workflows before relying on them.
Charges and third-party services
Confirm Amam service charges, taxes, support scope and any cancellation or refund arrangements in writing. Provider charges may apply separately. Creating a workspace does not activate a paid provider. Company allowances use estimates and do not replace provider invoices.
Meta, WhatsApp, AI and transcription services have their own terms, availability and eligibility requirements. Amam cannot promise Meta approval, uninterrupted access or delivery of every message.
Privacy, exit and support
Our privacy policy describes information handling. Contact Amam about access, corrections, ending your pilot or requesting a data export; a complete self-service export is not currently available. For deletion, follow the published instructions.
Service and support arrangements are agreed directly for the pilot. Contact Amam to clarify your requirements before inviting a wider team or connecting customers.
